Meet Erynn

ERYNN KNIGHT, MA, LPC, NCC

Hi, I'm Erynn Knight,

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who works with adolescents, young adults, and adults from diverse and underserved communities. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), as well as the families and support systems who care for them.

I understand that navigating school, relationships, work, life transitions, and daily responsibilities can feel overwhelming—especially when the world isn't always designed with neurodivergent experiences in mind. My goal is to provide a supportive, affirming space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to be yourself.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and person-centered approaches to help clients build practical skills, increase self-understanding, and navigate challenges in ways that align with their strengths, values, and goals.

I strive to create a culturally responsive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. I believe therapy is a partnership, and together we can work toward greater confidence, resilience, self-acceptance, and a life that feels meaningful to you.

Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, life changes, relationships, executive functioning challenges, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to figure it all out alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
