About Jessica

Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University. She works with children, adolescents, and families, and brings a warm, honest, and empathic presence to every session.

Before becoming a therapist, Jessica spent years in community mental health, providing case management, crisis intervention, and psychosocial rehabilitation for people facing serious mental illness. That work taught her to look for strengths first, coordinate care across a client's whole support system, and advocate for the people she serves.

Her clinical training at Chicago Therapeutic Services focused on children, adolescents, and families, supporting emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics.

    Jessica builds each treatment plan around the young person and their family, not a one-size-fits-all model. She teaches practical coping and mindfulness skills, uses creative and expressive tools when words are hard to find, and involves caregivers so progress carries over to home and school.
